Windham Workshops

Over the last several years, Windham Professionals initiated a series of workshops for our clients. Designed by a committee of University and industry professionals, our workshops are an excellent opportunity to receive valuable training and discuss contemporary issues. Programs include on-campus collection techniques, traditional Department of Education updates, as well as the development and implementation of a collection department. We recently added a discussion on Bankruptcy to the agenda.

Windham is proud to offer our workshop throughout the country. Our regional business development staff works with our Salem office to continue this program by holding regional workshops in various locations. In the last two years we have brought our Workshop to San Diego, CA; Boston, MA; St. Louis, MO; Riverdale, NY; Salem, OR; New Brunswick, NJ and Denton, TX. We are currently working on scheduling and coordinating several workshops throughout the country in 2011.

Windham clients regularly ask to have seminars or workshops customized and presented to their staff members, not just to stay current with federal and state regulations, but also to stay abreast of new tools in the collection industry and effective approaches to reduce their delinquent account portfolios.
